How can they justify fixed fees now? We cannot make the economies that go hand in hand with fixed fees now because we still have to pay a premium for duty sols. I notice that there is no new consultation for what is to happen after October and so I expect that the present regime will remain in force for many years to come. The only difference is that you can now get an accredited rep to take the first call. But you still need a duty sol to get the slot.
