We have today discovered that the Commission have some surprisingly helpful financial statements. These are contained in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (the crime one of which wont open up on my Mac) and show quite a bit of claims history.
If you want to know what information they are basing your contract payments/reconcilliation upon, and you should, you might want to give your Account Manager a ring.
