Just had a detailed look at a recently returned Peer Review report. This is one post, unsuccessful, representations. This time the report simply reasserts the original result and does not engage with the representations made at all. This is very frustrating not least given the effort made in putting them together.
As I have said before this is not an appeal process of any meaningful type.
