The LSC have announced the anticipated changes to the SQM standard (although the link on this page doesn’t seem to take you to the new standard – maybe this will work later in the day).
The key changes are reportedly a general update, a new equality and diversity standard and moving certain specifics, supervisor standards, into the new 2010 Contract. It also marks the move towards “outsourcing” of the LSC’s audit function to Lexcel accreditation bodies – and passing the costs of this to you.
