Can someone ask Lord Bach, or Carolyn whether version 6 could be a paper submission along the lines of:
“yes, can we please renew our contract – same as before please”?
And to abide by European Law competition, there can be a separate edition saying “yes we want one too please and have X duty sols in place- ta kindly”
