The draft are Duty Lists causing a significant amount of difficulty. Some schemes have have completely disappeared whist a common error is for the LSC to only look at a single CDS 12 when multiples have been sent.
I cannot believe that this approach is any easier than collecting together a set of paper forms – the old approach certainly did not end up in this sort of mess.
