This Friday’s Webinar is another “open ended” topic designed to bring you an up to the moment briefing on developments with regard to Civil Procurement. But when will the judgement be given? Whilst this is said to be Friday 24th that leaves very little time to put together a Judgement on really rather tricky issues involving literally the future of several hundred firms of solicitors. I see the Court has 2 judges sitting (rather than the normal 1),lets hope Munby & Beatson see through the smoke & mirrors of the LSC and come to terms with Access to Justice!
And what happens if it goes to Appeal……….!!!!!!!
