This Friday the Webinar session looks at Quality Assurance and specifically the post February requirements regarding on-going SQM assessment. At this point the LSC are “out sourcing” their auditing function at a cost to all Legal Aid suppliers.
We will also consider the alternative – Lexcel accreditation and will place both in the context of other continuing audit and assessment mechanisms.
This is an essential course for you “Contract Liaison Manager” or Franchise Rep as s/he is more likely to be known.
