Progress?

I have been out of the office training and stayed in a wifi free hotel hence silence here.
We do now have some progress on Civil Contracts.
Non family contracts will now start on 15th November with a further months postponement on Family and Family with Housing. I understand that there were some talks between the parties recently and we await those results.
Today is the “bonfire of the QUANGOs” too is it not?
