Family Mediation, crudely mixed with Legal Aid cuts and seasoned with general anti-lawyer sentiment, was the recipe on Five Lives “your call” (or “speke you’re branes” as I call it) this morning.
It was, as ever, ill informed and largely revolved around anecdotal evidence of positive and negative experience of the process. I thought about ringing in (I did once before and got on air to tell Atilla the Stockbroker that he was wrong about LA lawyers) but just could not be bothered. I think age has finally caught up with me.
