After 2 CAC hearings, December and 1st February, the single side of A4 minutes, containing the PoP mentioned below, were prepared on 24th March. What possible justification can there be for this 51-day delay?
Perhaps more importantly when will it be published to the profession? (See update below)
One wonders if we will get similar flexibility on, say, the 14-day limitation on providing files for assessment or the various 21 & 28 day appeals deadlines? I think we have long established the answer that its one rule for us and
