April 1st
SQM Mandatory Requirements – A Refresher
We begin the month with a revision course of all the key requirements. This should answer all the questions you have about what is, and isn’t, still in the standard. This should provide an essential framework for assessing current compliance and planning to plug any gaps.
April 8th
FIle Review – Getting it Right
Our contention is simple; do this properly and your files will pass audit. Do it infrequently or ineffectively and you are almost certain to fail. This session guides you through the process an auditor will take on your files and provide detailed guidance on how to get your files up to scratch.
April 15th
What Every Good Supervisor Should Know
Our outline of the cornerstone components of good supervisory practice. Above all it is solid management control, based on effective supervision, that auditors will seek. We will make clear the requirements , suggest some supervisory approaches and provide a checklist of key tasks for all of those involved in this essential requirement.
