The new Family Fee Schemes have now begun and matters opened in the last mont are claimable under the new rules. By request we are re-running this popular summary of the rules so that you can make those first few new claims in confidence.

We still await the publication of the Coalitions plans for Legal Aid and aim to bring you the first outline presentation of these proposals. This is one of the beauties of the webinar format which allows us to be bang up to date on changes in the world of Legal Aid provision.
