I am getting increasingly uneasy at saying too much about my appeals casework on-line. I obviously never say anything which might compromise client confidentiality however I now worry that even a bit of anonymous info can prejudice a clients positions. Am i getting too paranoid about cyber stalking?
So when I get interesting and exciting news about stuff, I am increasingly reduced to writing oblique posts which wind people up.
As an alternative how about a quiz question –
How will the Court of Appeal feel about the Judge being mislead (deliberately?) in a earlier hearing?
