Another successful result from a cost appeal to an ICA. There were 4 contentious points and we were successful on all of them. The firm took the appeal for wider reasons, not just because they were right, and it is to be hoped that this message will have some impact at LSC HQ.
You know I could train their cost assessment staff – pretty objectively – at least as to which appeals to back and which ones to give up on. (This is not an offer more an observation)
