For the sake of balance – a less good ICA appeal outcome arrived this morning. Mind you we were not expecting an awful lot from it. PoP time again.
Also, to be fair to the LSC, we have been involved in a couple of matters recently where their representatives have been thoroughly professional. I know we should not need to talk in such terms, but we do, and it is so refreshing to have an “opponent” who understands how to conduct themselves in a “legitimate dispute”.
I will not name them for all the usual reasons – however if either of them is looking for the final straw to engender a redundancy offer give us a call and we will make you “JRS, LSC Employee of the Week”.
