Madness

I have tidied my course notes for tonight so am having another look at the Peer Review stats. and thinking about procurement appeals. The killer ITT question asks about “confirmed Cat 4 or 5” results. The stats do not contain this info but rather (and I am inferring here) the “non-confirmed Cat 4s”, which run at only 6%. The Cat 5% are statistically insignificant. That would suggest that the question in question is almost entirely irrelevant and in any event the offenders are tiny in real numbers and certainly know to the LSC.

The LSC will seemingly “fail” more actual firms, for a miss answer in the procurement round, than have failed their “gold standard” quality test.
