On all the available Data, about 1% of Family Firms achieve a Category 1, “Excellent” when Peer Reviewed. They are rare and exotic beasts.
One would have thought that the LSC would know and cherished such suppliers. Rather, it seems, they would prefer them to fail their recent bid, having entrapped them into saying “yes” rather than “no” to a single, easily misunderstood question. This when the answer to this question is already in the Commissions own knowledge
Does the MoJ really want them to do this?
