You will not be surprised to hear that we are still without Internet, and consequently e-mail, at the office. Why up to date technology is sold by service providers with decades old service standards is quite beyond me.

This has of course happened in, and significantly worsened, a “week from hell”; loads of deadlined jobs, audits, CDS direct tender opening and much more. This was topped off by me losing part of a tooth last night and spending ages at the dentist this morning.
