Friday mornings are always a bit of rush as things need finishing before I head off to do the Webinar from my quiet location. When you have a raft of unplanned, urgent matters on top it gets a bit bonkers. First up this morning is another High Cost Care case on which the Cost Limitation and Counsels fees are potentially problematic. This is a not uncommon issue for our CD team. We hope we have sorted this one however keeping an eye on limitation and potential Counsels fees is a perennial problem which firms should take maximum care with.
