We are getting a lot of traffic conceding, once again, Supervisor Forms. This seems to us to be a generic letter to all firms REGARDLESS of whether or not they have previously sent a supervisor form. If you have sent one you DO NOT need to respond. For safety’s sake we suggest that you go in to the e-portal, message board and check. It might also be prudent to print a copy of the “Sent Messages” page showing that this was sent and was “Read by Recipient”.
I know they are trying to be helpful but why can they not just send it to those who have not replied yet?
UPDATE
We now have 2 cases where the LSC are asking for proof of recruitment to a “vacancy” which is allegedly contained in the TIF. Had a mistake of that severity been made in the firm’s bid they would, of course, have been refused. One rule for them…….
