Our post has just arrived. It is half past one. This reminds me of something we decided to blog about on Friday afternoon.
Last week a number of firms booked the Webinar, using “snail mail” (normal post), later in the week. Fortunately Friday’s post arrived a bit earlier however it was still a rush getting login details to them in time for kick-off.
And the moral of this story?
E-mail or fax webinar bookings as early in the week as possible.
