One of our clients has been asked if they would like to join a “Client and Cost Management System Pilot Scheme”, by the LSC.
This seeks to link firms, and the Commission, up with the benefits authorities to speed up means assessment and confirmation. It would also, as we see it, eradicate the issue of “proof of benefits” issues on costs assessment. Do let us know if you have.
