We have had a right raft of differing issues this morning again – clearly everyone else had a slow start to the week also. These have involved ongoing and fresh Contract Compliance Audits and their allied Costs Appeals. I have also discussed issues of novation and the position of contracts on the dissolution of partnerships. The latter involved breaking off from typing a proposed response to a “you have exceeded your NMS schedule” exercise – or Contract Speeding as I now call it. Later I expect to deal with a return phone call from a Solicitor baffled by Provider Dashboard, I will not be able to unbaffled him.
I would like to write some training courses too, as I have a number to complete.
