I will avoid any detailed comment about the SRA Code of Conduct and the suggestion of widespread breaches of it. (My initial read does leave me longing for the old “Guide to Professional Conducts” however).
This is very heavily tied in with the move to Lexcel V.5 which, at least in part, is aimed at securing compliance with the new Code. For those without Lexcel and/or an earlier version of the standard, it may well be worth a chat with one of the fieldwork team.
