Do you regularly use interpreters? if so we would be VERY grateful if you could take 5 minutes to confirm the following;
Hourly rate charged (including any minimum period of time)
Traveling rate and mileage charge (confirming if this is from the agency or the interpreters address)
As you can well imagine this might well become a more general issue than the appeal we are currently embroiled in.
