June 22nd – The Contract Manager Visit
It is proposed that all suppliers will receive an Annual CM visit designed to review the performance data the LSC hold about you. This can include KPIs and the more recent, and more obscure, Provider Dashboard. This session will take you through a “case study” of the types of items which commonly show up on an agenda and provide tip on how to prepare and respond.
June 29th – Equality and Diversity
SQM and Lexcel Audits have highlighted the need to provide some basic training on Diversity policies for all staff. This session, which is a condensed version of a longer face-to-face version, is designed to achieve that. Either as an introduction to any staff member or as a framework for supervisors to “cascade” the session at a later date, this should satisfy basic audit requirements.
