After a calamitous start to the day normality returns.
We will have 2 more appeals “out of the door” by close of play today. There is still a couple of NMS arguments bubbling under and a rash of CDS 7 enhancement appeals. The latter is interesting given the topic of the 20th July Webinar. We are also encountering a number of “Code Validation” exercises which are driving firms mad – it has NO impact on the claim but is very time consuming to deal with.
Beyond that it is phone advice and what ever comes in over the e-mail from retained clients.
