About to head off on my travels again this week down to the East Midlands to deliver a fully revised and updated “CLS Costs Masterclass”. It is very tempting to “tour” this course not least given the current friction with the LSC. It is certainly the case that knowledge erodes and furthermore that new entrants require basic, introductory training. When you work out how much will disappear, or become very rare, next year it might not be as necessary as you first think. That said the complexity of the rules will not change and maintaining a comprehensive understanding will remain an essential.
