We became Law Society approved CLAC (Community Legal Advice Centre) Consultants some time ago. Last time there were a series of hurdles to jump, this time they just want a reference or two confirming that we do mainstream appeal and tender round support. If anyone (in confidence) feels inclined so to do we would be most grateful. The areas they are interested are:
1. Assist with tender applications for the next round of apps.
2. Assist firms that fail in the tender process.
3. Costs appeal Committee representations/Drafting points of principle
4. Help challenging LSC audit decisions
5. Challenging contract notices from the LSC
Or a “Day in the Life” at JRS HQ.
