Please note that the LSC have changed the Family Supervisor Self Declaration from introducing the following question at 3 (ii).
“1 example of the ability to recognise a possible contravention of the rights and freedoms expressed in the European Convention on Human Rights 1950, as given effect in the Human Rights Act 1998”
The Case Involvement gird at Section 4 always creates confusion. If you have undertaken more than 350 hours of personal casework (chargeable work on Family files) in each of the last 3 years that is sufficient to meet the requirement without any other rows needing consideration. If you have a good idea as to how much regular supervisory activity you undertake, you should include that too, ditto file reveiw. You should then total this in the bottom row.
