Deadline to submit CDS12 applications is midnight on Wednesday 14th November 2012
This is the deadline to submit CDS12 applications for the January 2013 duty solicitor rotas. Applications are needed if you are moving firms, office or adding new solicitors to your firm. The duty solicitors featured on your form must be employed by you and be in a position by 14th January 2013.
Late applications will still be processed but the changes will not be effective in time for the January rotas.
