If you are making your first bid and especially if you are rebidding in Immigration please take not of this section of the PQQ – which you have already passed.
6.4
It will be a condition of any Contract award that all Providers (other than those tendering for Mediation Services) hold either the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) (as audited by the SQM Delivery Partnership) or Lexcel by the Contract start date (1 April 2013). Applicant Organisations wishing to tender for Contracts are advised to apply for these standards early if they do not currently hold them to ensure they meet our requirements by the Contract start date.
