I was asked to confirm the precise requirements for Social Services provided evidence of Domestic Abuse from the Draft Civil (Procedure) Regualtions at the end of the webinar last Friday. As we were close to “time gentlemen please” and I had a thick level arch file to thumb through to find it, this was not immediately possible. So here it is now;
S. 33.2 (h) a letter from a social services department confirming that A was, within the twenty four month period immediately preceding the date of the application, assessed as being, or at risk of being, a victim of domestic violence by B.
