These are amendments to the 2010 Contract – essentially for Mental Health and Community Care providers. The same is the case for the CDS contract. I am obviously now comparing both to the previously written course.

The LSC have also announced that the contract period for the 2010 Standard Civil Contract has been extended so that the contract will now expire on 31 March 2014 (subject to our rights to extend the Contract for a further period).
