Today I have mostly switched between being a “family supervisor” and an editor of PCT Consultation responses, and some very good ones at that. Having a chat with a sweary QC on a Monday morning is a bit unusual however.
The more views you read, the more convinced you become as to how insubstantial the justification for these cuts really is. The staggering complacency about the all too obvious consequences is also striking.
I keep thinking “it will soon dawn on them that this cannot work”, and that we will then get another Coalition u-turn. I for one promise not to crow about that outcome should it materialise.
