As you know we constantly rework old themes here. This is partly down to lack of imagination on our part but also because LSC/LAA initiatives continually invite a similar response. 2 favourite cultural reference points are Orwell’s “1984” and Viz Comics, “The Bottom Inspectors”. Today’s LAA latest, via a client, brings to mind both, but sticking with the “Doublethink” definition in the former how about these 2 statements in the same e-mail;
“We must work together”
“The likelihood is that I will issue Contract Notices, and potentially Sanctions”
