I am listening to the Westminster Hall Legal Aid session in Parliament. The arguments are pretty much those you have heard rehearsed before and your views are unlikely to be affected in any material way.
Perhaps most importantly there have been strong suggestions that the MoJ’s response to the consultation is due out tomorrow. This is supported by the fact I am off on holiday then which is always a sure sign that something important is about to happen. (Will be reading it in a rainy Madrid on Saturday then).
Coincidentally I have Festival No.6 after that so will next be back in the office 17th September. See you then.
