One That Nearly Got Away

Here is a story I missed during my e-portal absence, the case of “JG”. It relates to the apportionment of expert fees when not all parties are Legally Aided. We have seen the High Court case gleefully quoted by the LAA in number of “similar” cases. It has now been to the Court of Appeal with a different result.
