Failing a KPI for over 2 years. What do you think your Contract Manager would have to say; “Keep on trying guys I’m sure you are going to get there”?
Don’t think so.
This, however, is not just a KPI it is “contract performance target”
It also involves not just a couple of bill rejects but disruption to 2,480 Court cases in the first quarter of 2014. I do not know how to quantify the cost of this failure but I bet it is significant. It is also waste which could potentially be used properly to fund Legal Aid.
So next time you are receive a Contract Notice, because you will, just ask for 2 and a half years to put it right.
