As you know, last week we finally received some communication about the ongoing 2015 Duty Contract situation. The headline for practitioners, especially those currently on holiday, is that the bid round will not start before October at the earliest. Alongside that they have now produced a draft 2015 Duty Contract.
The purpose of this session is primarily to provide an overview as to that contract (to save you the bother of reading it if nothing else). We also hope to draw out any clues as to how this will impact upon the bidding process itself.
