A couple of rounds of bidding have been announced – to be completed before the end of the year.
First up is Family Mediation – with the round opening this week and closing at the end of October.
The essential requirement is to have a fully accredited Mediation Supervisor, the remainder, such as applying for the Mediation Quality Mark can follow later. These will commence in February.
In December its time for the remaining 2010 Contracts to be re-tendered.
Those of you wishing to continue, or start, doing publicly funded Actions Against the Police, Public Law (NOT family public law) and Clinical Negligence will need submit a bid. New applicants will have to wait until November next year for contract commencement date.
