The decision to go with a “human face of the LAA” approach is an interesting one – one not replicated here, a photo of someone looking like an Heston Blumenthal’s angry dad is not the most welcoming of images. One of the less obvious reasons is that such photos always invite caption competitions, which is obviously both childish and flippant.
