I have sight of a LAA correspondence which draws attention to the fact that their next “automated letter” will have “content which is inaccurate”.
The inaccuracy in question is stating that the deadline for an ICA appeal is 28 and not 21 days.
Er why not amend the “automated letter”?
It has another error too but who cares……
