Well we are there now and it is not in the destination we wanted.
The negative judgement of the rep bodies claim contains the odd gem but that’s all:
“I accept that some of the written financial advice provided to law firms is puerile and insulting. It is a matter of surprise that it has gone out under the Lord Chancellor’s name”.
The injunction remains in place until next Friday when there is to an appeal permission hearing.
