Let’s be clear from the start, as a Law Society accredited CPD provider we have a vested interest in this. Not a significant one nowadays as we pulled away from those long days in hotel suites in favour of the Friday Webinar some time ago. And latterly most punters seem genuinely more interested in the content than an hours nap and a very cost effective CPD point.
So with that advisory warning given, what is to be said for the “mandatory statement of competence” which will be CPD’s replacement?
As my Mum says; if you can’t say something nice say nothing at all.
