Currently this is a quiet place where I can seek a moment or two of relaxation.
It is likely to remain so most of this month.
When time permits we will bring you any thoughts we are having on the Duty Bid round beyond the obvious; this is a colossal waste of everybody’s time on what appears highly likely to be doomed project.
