It is a truism that there is nothing new in the world.
This is certainly the case in our segment of it.
Perhaps the only change is the language used to describe these proposed events:
“trialling a new approach to engagement with our providers”
Back in the day, when Dean, Steve and I were at the LAAs forerunners, we had “Franchise Liaison User Groups”. Holding meetings with legal aid firms to discuss the operation of the scheme is of course nothing new. Again, back in the day, we used to listen – this too might be somewhat different this time round.
