There is a rarely audited section of 2010 Crime Contract Specification, 9.23 -5, which establishes the 45-minute police station attendance, performance standard time. You are required to meet this on 80% of occasions. The auditing method is outlined in 9.25 and involves a “sample of files”.
So why is a CM contacting one of our clients, about a single file, on which there appears to be some delay?
Apart from all the obvious responses;
Have you got nothing better to be getting on with?
This is not how hardworking families want their taxes spending
Micro-management gone mad!
Is it possible that they are so wobbled by “the strike” that they are looking for any flimsy excuse (wrongly) to start issuing sanctions against participating firms?
Surely not – though I can’t think of another reason.
