Well I am back and at my desk, which, given this mornings workload, seems no news at all. I will spare you the tedious detail however it is pretty much back to the treadmill.
Perhaps the best example of this came late on yesterday afternoon. In this “Audit Tale” we described a victory against an entirely erroneous interpretation of contract. At that time we suggested that the firm should take the matter further however they thought it better to keep their head down.
So despite doing just that with clear assurances that their claiming was compliant – the next audit sample has just come back with 2 determinations identical to those made last time.
